| Call of Duty 3 | This is the first taste of an FPS on the Wii system. The wii mote is used as your gun you simply point it where you want to aim and this adds a new amount of precision to the game. Also included is the mini-games found in other versions but using the wii motes motion sensing. At times these are wonderful (driving) but unfortunately at others they are painful (fighting for a gun). This is considered a nice insight into how the wii mote will work on an FPS but it does have some bugs.

| Madden 07 | Of all the launch titles this has received some of the best reviews. Obviously mainly for sports fans but now with motion controls (e.g. pushing out both your hands for a big hit) this game could appeal to everyone.

| Rayman Raving Rabbids | A new direction for the Rayman series and one which has been very well received at it has secured solid reviews. It is in fact a game featuring lots of mini games which utilize the new wii mote in many weird and wonderful ways.

| Super Monkey Ball : Banana Blitz | Super Monkey Ball revitalises the series after the rather woeful Super Monkey Ball: Adventure. The controls are wonderfully suited to the Wii mote which you tilt to control your monkey. This along with the added element of jumping leads to a excellent single player mode on the Wii. When you couple this with the 50 mini games (all using motion sensor) you have an entertaining package.

| The Legend of Zelda : Twilight Princess | Quite simply one of, if not the biggest and best launch title of all time. It is seen as the best Zelda game ever and does use the motion sensing capabilities. Every review I have read has said it is nothing but incredibly special and a must buy for any Wii owner.

| Tony Hawks: Downhill Jam | This is a new direction for the series, heading towards the idea of racing. This means a lot of speed, uses the motion sensor controller and some hugely extravagant tricks. However there are a few bugs in the game and some tweaks that need to be made to make this as good as others in the Tony Hawk franchise

| Trauma Center: Second Opinion | This is by no way a straight port of the DS version of this game. It has new animations, graphics, implements, missions and most importantly a newly revised control system specifically designed for the wii mote as well as plenty more added content. Another highly recommended game by reviewers. Out Q1 2007.
